The new Director will work with stakeholders to determine how each project will be funded, managed and delivered, in particular, who will own and maintain the finished project. Significant stakeholder consultation, relationship development and negotiation will be critical to delivering these projects.
The role requires a project management professional who has a demonstrated track record managing successful, large infrastructure projects in a broad-based engineering, construction, or consulting management role within a progressive public sector, private sector, or municipal organization. As the ideal candidate you have a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience at a senior management level overseeing multiple, concurrent projects. Experience with linear and/or marine related infrastructure projects is an asset. Strong preference will be given to candidates with design-build experience.
