Job Description

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall results of the product line including the daily leadership of the Personal Lines Superior underwriting team.  The incumbent will lead, coach and mentor staff, monitor quotations and workflows, handle underwriting inquiries, and work on broker relationships. they will also participate in executing strategic initiatives, analyze and report on results plus work on projects inconjunction with the Vice President-GUARANTEE SUPERIOR Personal Lines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Personal Lines Auto and Property Lines
  • University degree, College Diploma or equivalent
  • CIP/FCIP designation or working towards
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Strong leader with the demonstrated ability to execute on important initiatives and consistently meet or exceed performanace expectations
  • Strong compluter skills including Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
